On June 2018 in St. Louis, Missouri, Croshinda Watson started her dessert business by creating desserts inside glass jars, all while still working a nine to five job. When asked why she named the business Heaven N A Jar, Croshinda response was, “I named it Heaven N A Jar because, I originally was only doing desserts inside of glass jars.”
As she began to take orders for a dessert jars, customers started asking her if there were other desserts that could do, and that’s when the business began to take off. Other desserts began to surface like Bundt and two-layer cakes, pies, cupcakes, and cheesecake just to name a few.

Eventually Croshinda business started to branch out from just personal orders to parties and events. After four years in business, Heaven N Jar now makes wedding cakes, three tier cakes, and still makes personal orders. Occasionally, Croshinda like to host a sale of her famous dessert jars on Facebook.
Croshinda said that the best part of working for herself, is being able to move at her own timing and pace, being her own supervisor, and of course baking with love. Every now and then Croshinda likes to step away from baking and cook and cater food like salads, load baked potatoes, and much more.

In near future Croshinda would like to open a brick and mortar for Heaven N A Jar, where she can sale her jars along with all her desserts, and still take orders to cater dessert tables for events around Saint Louis and other surrounding area, she even would like to expand her business to other states. In December of 2021 Croshinda and her sister Tiara started a business together, where they combine their businesses together to cater desserts for different events in St. Louis, Customers can stay connect or places orders with Heaven N A Jar through Facebook, text message, or by word of mouth.
